1. Auction Participation
By registering to bid, you agree to:
- Provide accurate identification and contact information
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Accept financial responsibility for successful bids
- Pay buyer's premium of 18% on hammer price
- Complete payment within 7 business days
2. Bidding Process
All bids constitute legally binding offers:
- Bidding available through app, phone, or in person
- Auctioneer reserves right to refuse bids
- Increment amounts determined by auctioneer
- Highest bidder wins at hammer fall
- Disputes resolved by auctioneer's discretion
3. Artwork Descriptions
Catalog descriptions provided in good faith but:
- Authentication based on current knowledge
- Condition reports available upon request
- Artworks sold "as is" without warranty
- Buyers should examine works during preview
- Claims must be made within 72 hours of collection
4. Payment Terms
Payment requirements and methods:
- Payment due within 7 business days of auction
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit card, certified check
- Late payment subject to interest charges
- Ownership transfers only upon full payment
- Storage fees apply after 14 days
5. Limitation of Liability

- Return of buyer's premium if sale canceled
- No liability for artwork loss or damage post-collection
- Maximum liability capped at purchase price
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
6. Governing Law
These terms governed by Singapore law:
- Jurisdiction: Singapore courts
- Disputes subject to mediation before legal action
- Prevailing party entitled to legal fees
